Rob has called Bright home for 40 years after moving from Ocean Grove, where he and his wife successfully ran three different businesses in Bright during that time. As Immediate Past President, his focus this year is increasing community awareness of the Rotary Club of Bright and growing our membership. When not working on Rotary projects, Rob enjoys time with his family including two granddaughters, supporting the mighty Cats and staying fit.

Al brings a lifetime of community involvement to his dual role as Incoming Secretary and Membership Chair, having contributed through sporting groups and school councils before discovering Rotary as the perfect extension of his commitment to giving back. He believes in being fully committed to what we do while looking for projects that truly benefit the community. Al's approach combines dedication to community service with the belief that making a difference should also be enjoyable and fun.

Fraser has called Bright home for 38 years and been a proud Rotarian for 37 of those, bringing decades of community commitment to his role on the Board. After a successful career in furnishings and floor coverings before retiring 8 years ago, he's served as Club President three times and remains passionate about community wellbeing. Fraser's dedication to supporting the many projects our club tackles over the years makes him a cornerstone of our service efforts.

Leanne Poyner brought her passion for community service to Bright five years ago as our Community Services Chair, continuing a lifelong commitment to volunteering and helping others. She believes that healthy communities are happy communities, driving her focus on community health and fitness initiatives that strengthen our region. Leanne's dedication to serving others makes her a natural fit for coordinating the projects that directly impact the wellbeing of people throughout Bright and surrounding areas.

Carl has called Porepunkah home since 1987 and brings a local electrician's practical skills to his role as International Chair. He's passionate about both raising funds for local community needs and serving international humanitarian causes through Rotary's global network. When not working on projects that span from Porepunkah to East Timor, Carl loves spending time outdoors with his family and sneaking in some fishing.
